CSW also accepts the Standard Application Online (SAO). Please note: SAO includes an additional processing fee. Even if you apply via SAO, you will still be required to create a Ravenna account to track your materials and view your decision. If you apply through SAO, you should not also submit an application form and fee through Ravenna.
Admissions interviews are required for all applicants and are offered both in-person and virtually. Tours and interviews take place on weekdays during the school day and should be scheduled by January 15, 2026 and completed by January 30, 2026. To schedule your interview, first create a Ravenna account and add CSW to your list of schools. Domestic applicants may self-schedule visits through Ravenna. International applicants or those with questions should contact us at admissions@csw.org or 781.642.8650.

Testing Policy
CSW is test-optional*. You may submit SSAT, ISEE, PSAT, SAT, or ACT scores, but they're not required. We welcome these reports if you feel they help provide a fuller picture of your candidacy. *Students applying from homeschooling programs are strongly encouraged to take and submit results of one of these standardized tests as part of their application.

Families applying for financial aid are required to submit an application through the Clarity online system and list CSW as a recipient. As part of the financial aid application, families will complete an e-signature form and Clarity will pull verified tax documents directly from the IRS. For more information, visit our Tuition and Financial Aid page. Financial Aid applications are due for new families on January 15, 2026. CSW's code for Clarity is 4545.
We share notification of admissions decisions online via each family's account. Families who apply by the January 15 deadline receive notification on March 10. Please note that we are unable to provide admissions decisions over the phone.
By signing and submitting the electronic enrollment agreement and deposit to CSW, families make their student's enrollment official! Once we receive and process the enrollment, families will receive information about academic placement and getting ready for the coming school year.
